The tax lien data displayed on KBTaxLiens is sourced from public county clerk records. This data is public information available from government offices. We aggregate and display this data for easier access — we do not collect it from users.
We use localStorage (browser storage) to maintain your login session and trial status. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Account data is stored on secured servers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
